15.3 Documentation <br />Material Certifications shall be available for review for all materials within the bridge. <br />Traceability of heat numbers is required for all steel. <br />Documentation showing the performance of all critical quallty checks shall also be made <br />available for review by the Engineer or Owner. <br />15.4 Ikon -Destructive Testing <br />All welds within the structure, shall be visually inspected for conformance to size, under <br />cut, profile and finish. <br />16,0 DELIVERY AND ERECTION <br />16.1 Delivery <br />Delivery shall be made via trucK to 505 W 10 Ave Ellensburg, WA 98926 which is <br />accessible to normal over -the -road equipment. All trucks delivering bridge materials will <br />be unloaded at the time of arrival by Kittitas County. <br />16.2 Installation & Lifting Procedures <br />The Bridge Manufacturer will provide standard typical written procedures for lifting and <br />splicing the bridge for all three deployment options (30'/ 60' 190'). Capacity of the lifting <br />lug shall be 24,000 pounds at a 45 -degree lift angle, and/or as necessary to <br />accommodate lifting of the entire 90 foot bridge or each independent section (30'/ 60'). <br />16.3 Loose Items <br />Post and Rails will be shipped loose for field installation. <br />Bearing Plates will be shipped loose for field welding to the bottom flange of the stringers. <br />17.0 WARRANTY <br />17.1 The Bridge Manufacturer shall warrant their steel structures) to be free of design, material, <br />and workmanship defects for a period of ten years from the earlier of the date of delivery or <br />from 60 days after final fabrication. Wood Is excluded under this warranty- This warranty <br />shall not cover defects In the bridge caused by abuse, misuse, overloading, accident, <br />improper maintenance, alteration, or any other cause not the result of defective materials or <br />workmanship. This warranty shall be void unless Owner's records can be supplied which <br />shall indicated compliance with the minimum guidelines specified in the inspection and <br />maintenance procedures. Paint, galvanizing and other special coatings shall be warranted <br />by the coating manufacturer and is not covered by the Bridge Manufacturer. Repair or <br />replacement shall be the exclusive remedy for defects under this warranty. The Bridge <br />Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of <br />any express or implied warranty on their structures. Use of de-icing or dust prohibitive <br />chemicals or salts to any part of the bridge structure will void this warranty. <br />
