He did not have any issue with adding the language as <br />proposed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Ranch at Swauk Creek Planned <br />Unit Development Rezone Final Development Plan (RZ-06-00027); add <br />language relating to Open Space and how it is maintained by the <br />ownership of the landowners within the development; and direct Staff to <br />prepare enabling documents. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-064 PUBLIC WORKS FEES PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2017-064, Adopting <br />the 2017 Public Works Department Fees for the Kittitas County Airport <br />Fund, Kittitas County Road Fund and Kittitas County Flood Control Fund. <br />Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HOPESOURCE-YOUTH PROGRAM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien announced due to family members being employed by <br />HopeSource and it being a conflict of interest he would recuse himself <br />from the discussion and left the meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the 2017 Youth Program Support <br />Fund Request for Proposals as presented by HopeSource. Chairman Jewell <br />seconded.
