Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-062 BIG CREEK PUD CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2017-062, for the <br />Shorelines Substantial Development Permit, SD-15-00002, to Permit <br />Development of Big Creek Planned Unit Development. Commissioner O’Brien <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-063 CDS SERVICE FEES CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2017-063, Amending <br />the Service Fees by Community Development Services Charged for Building <br />and Land Use Services, effective April 10, 2017. Commissioner O’Brien <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN RANCH ON SWAUK CREEK PUD REZONE CDS <br /> <br />Dan Carlson, Director of Community Development Services reviewed a Staff <br />Report. He provided information on the Ranch at Swauk Creek Planned <br />Unit Development Rezone (RZ06-00027)which is a project consisting of a <br />total of 243 lots to be developed in three phases on 487.43 acres <br />located west of US Highway 97 and south of Ranch Road and Burke Road. <br />The project also includes 146 acres of open space, including protection <br />of Swauk Creek, continued agricultural uses, passive and active <br />recreational activities, and a proposed community center. He reviewed <br />other requirements and recommended approval of the request. <br /> <br />Chad Bala, Terra Design Group indicated they would not have any issue <br />with adding the language proposed by the Board relating to Open Space
