BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2017-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PUBLIC HEALTH, PUBLIC WORKS, AND COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD SIGNATURES ON AGREEMENTS WITH POINT AND PAY <br />MERCHANT SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Health, Public Works, and Community Development Departments of <br />Kittitas County are required to charge fees for certain services; and <br />WHEREAS, with the implementation of SMARTGOV software for permit tracking the County will <br />be accepting credit card payments using Point and Pay; and <br />WHEREAS, a department head signature is required on each Point and Pay Merchant Services <br />Agreement; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby authorizes the department heads of Public Health, Public <br />Works, and Community Development to execute an agreement with Point and <br />Pay Merchant Services that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> Paul Jewell, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />☐ Clerk of the Board, Julie Kjorsvik <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board, Mandy Buchholz <br /> Obie O’Brien, Commissioner <br />
