COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING – IT STUDY SESSION <br />Monday 11:00 am March 27, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie O'Brien <br />Board members absent: Chair Paul Jewell <br />Others: Jim Goeben, IT Director; Tony Buhr, Daily Record <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Meeting Commissioners <br /> <br />Call to Order: 11:00 AM <br /> <br />Resolution to authorize department head signatures on Point and Pay applications <br />Mr. Goeben requested the board sign a resolution authorizing the department heads of Community <br />Development Service, Public Health, and Public Works to sign Point and Pay customer applications in <br />order for the departments to accept credit card payments through SMARTGOV. <br /> <br />Board direction: Board signed Resolution 2017-059. <br /> <br />Anti-phishing Campaign Summary <br />The Information Technology department launched a simulated phishing email campaign on 02/27/2017. <br />389 simulated phishing emails were delivered. 38 people clicked on content within the email making the <br />phish prone percentage 10.8%. The next campaign will require online training for all staff. <br /> <br />Emergency Secondary Notification Email to Text Summary <br />IT performed a test of the Emergency Secondary Notification Email to Text system on 03/16/2017. Of <br />the 88 recipients, 85 succeeded, 1 failed, and 2 were out of office and have not reported. <br /> <br />City of Cle Elum Fiber Network Update <br />Doug Fessler, Network Administrator, has been working with the City of Cle Elum to build a computer <br />network connecting their facilities. The work is proceeding and is funded by the City of Cle Elum. <br /> <br />AVCaptureAll Use Metrix <br />AVCaptureAll will generate monthly metrics by request.
