This will combine the technical transportation analyses, funding <br />and implementation strategies, and other broad policy direction into an updated Comprehensive <br />Transportation Element that is consistent with the other components of the County Comprehensive Plan. <br />The Consultant will develop a reader -friendly Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
