K�'�P]C'T"AIB �[i�T1�3'TY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Formal Task Order Document <br />Jacobs Engineering Group <br />Agreement KCPW2017y-19ENV1 <br />Task Order Number 04 <br />Maximum Amount Payable <br />$111,85a <br />Completion Date 12/31/17 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017-19ENV1 shall <br />be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County Wide <br />Project Title: Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan Amendment -- Transportation Plan Element <br />Description of Work - The transportation element is a local functional plan that will inform and support <br />Kittitas County's Comprehensive Plan. The creation of the transportation element will be heavily <br />influenced by the other elements of the Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan, including Land Use, <br />Housing, and Economic Development. The plan is needed to guide the County's transportation <br />investments and to ensure that transportation decision making is consistent with other County and <br />regional priorities. At the request of Kittitas County, Jacobs has sub -consulted to Fehr and Peers to <br />perform much of this task. This scope represents what is needed to create the long range transportation <br />plan, including the necessary public outreach. This transportation plan will be coordinated with adjacent <br />jurisdictions and be consistent with applicable Regional and State planning and policy documents. This <br />work includes the following components: <br />Task 01- _Project Management: This task includes project controls and administrative tasks related to <br />project start-up, sub -consultant coordination, coordination with the client, safety planning, invoicing, and <br />project close-out. Prime consultant review of deliverables in Tasks 02-08. This task is expected to extend <br />for a period of 10 months. <br />Task 02 -Public and Agency Outreach: To the extent possible, the public outreach for the transportation <br />plan will be coordinated with the entire Comprehensive Plan update.
