There is no technical user support functions <br />built into this contract by WaTech. <br />• All and all available documentation will be available online at the vendor <br />website and at the Geospatial Portal website at: http://geography.wa.gov <br /> Understood <br />HOURS OF OPERATION • The statewide 1 foot imagery services is guaranteed to be up and running <br />Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. <br /> Understood <br />DEPLOYMENT/ <br />INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> <br />• The statewide 1 foot imagery service will be published on the state’s <br />Geospatial Portal as a REST service. All services can be found online at: <br />http://geoservices.wa.gov/arcgis/rest/services <br />• All 6” imagery is available through the vendors online application. <br /> Understood <br />FREQUENCY OF DATA <br />UPDATES <br />• The statewide 1 foot imagery will be updated every 2 – 3 year (last flight was <br />the summer of 2015) <br />• Continuous 12-24 month urban area refresh of 6 inch imagery in urban areas <br />with populations greater than 50,000. <br /> Understood <br />DOCUMENTATION • The FAQ’s provide extensive insight on the use of the imagery data and are <br />available at the Geospatial Portal and at the vendor’s site online. <br /> Understood <br />LIMITATION OF DATA <br />USAGE <br />• The imagery data is only available to contributing entities and cannot be <br />shared outside your organization. If you are single user contributor then it can <br />only be used by the single, named user. <br />• This is not NAIP data but rather licensed imagery data that is not in the public <br />domain. <br /> Understood <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Please refer to the Imagery Services Requirements Matrix for the full detailed list. <br />2. There is no user support for these services but Online Documentation is available. The user is responsible for any and all <br />results generated and the state cannot be held liable for the information.
