Service Level Agreement <br />Statewide Imagery Data <br />November 15, 2016 <br />Version 1.0 (11/2016) Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND GOVERNANCE <br />IMAGERY DESCRIPTION The Imagery Data Service is comprised of the following: <br />• Statewide, single season, 1 foot, leaf on, color orthoimagery of <br />Washington. With the baseline image capture starting in 2015. The data <br />refresh cycle is every 2-3 years with the next statewide imagery capture no <br />later than 2018. <br />• Statewide, urban area, 6 inch, color orthoimagery of Washington. This will <br />be imagery captured during different time periods (leaf on & Leaf off) over <br />urban populations of greater than 50,000 with a continuous refresh cycle of <br />every 12-24 months. <br />• This is not NAIP data but rather licensed imagery data <br />• See RFI for a full list of the technical specifications at: <br />https://ocio.wa.gov/programs/geospatial-program-office <br /> Understood <br />USER ACCESS <br />MECHANISM(S) <br />The Imagery Data Services will be accessible as follows: <br />• Statewide 1 foot, color orthoimagery will be accessed via the vendor’s <br />website and/or the WA Geospatial Portal. A single, copy of your counties 1 <br />foot data is available upon request and is based on your contribution level <br />($6,000 or more per county or agency). <br />• Urban area 6 inch, color orthoimagery will only be accessible via the <br />vendor’s website in its native format. <br /> Understood <br />GOVERNANCE • The Geographic Information Technology (GIT) Committee’s Portal Steering <br />Committee oversees the operational governance of all imagery and thematic <br />data published on the Geospatial Portal. The Office of the Chief Information <br />Officer (OCIO) functions as the service’s Business Owner and oversees the 1 <br />foot imagery hosting, contracting, purchasing and billing. <br /> Understood <br />ORTHOIMAGERY DELIVERED <br />& STORED FORMATS <br />The vendor’s online access mechanism stores the 1 foot and 6 inch color <br />orthoimagery in the following format: UTM, zone appropriate. <br />• The Geospatial Portal’s 1 foot, orthoimagery service will be available in the <br />following format: WSPC HARN South zone <br />• The state will provide a single copy of a counties 1 foot orthoimagery for <br />their local storage to upon request. It will be made available in WSPC Zone <br />appropriate, depending on their contribution level (see above). If a specific <br />county boundary shape file is not submitted then the state’s legal county <br />boundary file will be used. <br /> Understood <br />USER SUPPORT <br /> <br />• Ongoing user support was not factored into the cost of this imagery service. <br />• User support is the responsibility of the funding partners(s). <br />• Documentation is available on the vendor’s website and FAQ’s can be found <br /> Understood
