Estimated cost $400.00 - $500.00. <br />Members of the Chamber Cowboys have requested the use of 45 tables and 212 chairs for the following <br />county community events at no charge. <br />Parade <br />Memorial Day: Sunday and Monday (Memorial) for Veteran's breakfast at Memorial Park <br />Relay for Life: with the stage May or June TBD can go with the stage <br />Jazz In The Valley: Thursday through Sunday last weekend in July <br />Chamber Cowboy Kick Off Breakfast: Friday and Saturday two weeks prior to Ellensburg Rodeo <br />Ellensburg Rodeo Posse Breakfast: Sunday of Labor Day Weekend 20-25 tables only to be picked <br />up weekend prior to event. This keeps additional vehicles of grounds while fair and rodeo are setting <br />up. <br />Thorp Community Days — First Saturday in October. To come with stage on Friday. <br />Historically the KVEC has not needed additional tables and chairs during these events. <br />Plus, as long as garage is available, storage to park the Funny Car and Jail. This agreement is in place. <br />The Funny Car and jail are removed from the garage at the time Ellensburg Rodeo takes possession of <br />grounds. <br />They would also like 4 additional dates throughout the year on mutually agreed upon dates <br />Per Commissioner Jewell's request I have contacted the City of Ellensburg Planning Department and <br />spoke with Sarah, she said there would be no fees to relocate to KVEC and no fees for having the <br />container on county grounds. <br />Chamber Cowboys think that KVEC is the perfect property for the donation.
