Main Street <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />January 9, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Commissioners <br />205 W 5ch Avenue, Rm 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Paul Jewell, Chair; <br />Chamber Cowboys would like to donate to Kittitas Valley Event Center their tables, chairs and <br />container. We discussed this possible donation with Mickey Webb before he left KVEC. KVEC has a <br />shortage of tables and chairs several times throughout the year and Chamber Cowboys have loaned <br />them to KVEC and to us it makes sense for them to have them permanent. <br />We have inventory of <br />45 - 6 foot tables <br />212 — Metal folding chairs <br />1— 53' container that holds tables and chairs and comes with storage racks for said <br />tables and chairs. This container could be used for whatever KVEC deems best. <br />I have looked at Costco for the current pricing of these items <br />Tables $88.39 <br />Chairs $25.00 <br />With value of $9277.55 with that said we believe the life span is at approximately 50% making the <br />donation value $4638.77 plus the $1000.00 which is the value of the container for a total of $5638.77. <br />Jim Armstrong, CEO of the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce has offered to pay up to $250.00 to <br />move the container.
