Board of Health Minutes <br />December 15, 2016 <br />4 of 4 <br />Motion 12-01: Motion to approve Resolution 2016-02 adopting the 2017 Schedule for Fees collected <br />by the Kittitas County Public Health Department with the amendment that the Farmer's Market <br />fee be changed from $330.00 to $255.00 and develop a future fee schedule to be approved by the <br />BOH/BOCC based on level of risk and public health will engage with stake holders. Rich Elliott <br />moved to approve the Resolution 2016-02 adopting the 2017 Schedule for Fees collected by the <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department with the amendment that the Farmer's Market fee be <br />changed from $330.00 to $255.00 and develop a future fee schedule to be approved by the <br />BOH/BOCC based on level of risk and public health will engage with stake holders. Motion 12-01 carried to approve Resolution 2016-02 adopting the <br />2017 Schedule for Fees collected by the Kittitas County Public Health Department with the <br />amendment that the Farmer's Market fee be changed from $330.00 to $255.00 and develop a future <br />fee schedule to be approved by the BOHBOCC based on level of risk and public health will engage <br />with stake holders. <br />Commissioner Jewell thanked staff for the hard work. Commissioner Jewell also noted that he <br />understands the concerns raised by public and that no one likes to see fees increase, and also noted that <br />the well site review fee increase from $70.00 to 215.00 is a progression to full cost recovery.
