Discussion was <br />held. <br />Mark stated that last week he reported on the Floodplain <br />Design Grant and the necessity to complete the submittals <br />that are due in August. The pre applications were scored <br />favorably and we've been invited to submit full blown <br />applications by August. He was initially going to hire <br />Jacobs to help complete the grant writing but there is no <br />contact to have them facilitate this. Mark is going to hire <br />under task order Watershed Science to help finish the <br />applications for about $50,000.
