<br />12/20/2016 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-173 CHELAN COUNTY - BALLOT TALLY SYSTEM AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-173, Authorizing an Interlocal Procurement <br />Agreement between Chelan County and Kittitas County to use Chelan <br />County’s Request for Proposal process used to purchase a Ballot Tally <br />System. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-174 HORTICULTURAL PEST & DISEASE BOARD AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-174, Authorizing an Amendment to Interagency <br />Agreement #K1788 between the Washington State Department of Agriculture <br />and Kittitas County and Its Agent the Kittitas County Horticultural Pest <br />& Disease Board, in the amount of $22,000.00 for a total of $60,000.00 <br />for the Control and Eradication of the Apple Maggot within Kittitas <br />County from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT B & F SERVICES AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Amendment No. 1 to a Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the Kittitas County Horticultural Pest & Disease <br />Board, and Bugs & Flies, Inc., dba B&F Services, in the amount of <br />$22,000.00 for a total of $60,000.00 for the Control and Eradication of <br />the Apple Maggot within Kittitas County. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-175 CASH BALANCES AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-175, Changing Authorized Cash Balances for <br />Petty Cash, Revolving Funds, Till Accounts, Funds on Deposit, etc. for <br />2016. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ROBERT K. WEIDNER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K. Weidner and Kittitas <br />County, to serve as the Washington D.C. Government Relation’s Advisor <br />for the Evergreen Forest County Group, a Rural Public Lands County <br />Council Affiliate, in the amount of $8,000.00 from January 1, 2017 <br />through December 31, 2017. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT UPPER KITTITAS COUNTY SENIOR CENTER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and the Upper Kittitas <br />County Senior Center (Centennial Center), in the amount of $19,900.00 to <br />provide public services benefiting senior citizens and others in the <br />communities of Upper Kittitas County, beginning January 1, 2017 through <br />December 31, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />
