<br />12/20/2016 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Allison, Clayton Myers, Jerry Jarnagin and Becky Sherley – 3 year term <br />effective January 1, 2017 and expiring on December 31, 2019. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Planning Commission: Robert Martin (District #1) and <br />Robert Hickey (District #2) – 4 year term effective January 1, 2017 and <br />expiring on December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Public Lands Advisory Committee: Justin Vincett – 3 year <br />term effective January 1, 2017 and expiring on January 1, 2020. <br /> <br />Approve Appointing the following to the Kittitas County Boards, <br />Committees & Commissions: <br /> <br />Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board: Devin Beach & <br />Anne Pflug – 3 year term effective January 1, 2017 and expiring on <br />December 31, 2019 and Toby Allphin for a 3 year term effective <br />immediately and expiring on December 31, 2017 (completing a former <br />member’s term). <br /> <br />Kittitas County Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee: James <br />Libenow & Cheyanne Manning – 2 year term effective January 1, 2017 and <br />expiring on January 1, 2019. <br /> <br />APPENDIX A WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERITY EXTENSION EXTENSION <br /> <br />Approve Appendix A to a Memorandum of Agreement between the Washington <br />State University Extension and Kittitas County, in the amount of <br />$22,911, to provide an Extension Program from January 1, 2017 through <br />December 31, 2017. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT YAKIMA COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY JUVENILE <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and Yakima County for the <br />Detention of Kittitas County Juveniles in the Yakima County Juvenile <br />Detention Facility, at a rate of $137.00 per day beginning January 1, <br />2017 through December 31, 2017. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT THYSSENKRUPP ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Approve an Addendum to a Maintenance Agreement between ThyssenKrupp <br />Elevator and Kittitas County in the amount of $125.00 per month <br />(excluding taxes) per elevator for testing and reporting. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ALSC ARCHITECTS EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />ALSC Architects for the Barn Projects at the Kittitas Valley Event <br />Center beginning December 20, 2016.
