DECEMBER 5, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 2, 2016. <br /> <br />RATIFY PILT FUNDING LETTER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to ratify his signature on a letter to <br />Governor Jay Inslee in support of funding for Payments-In-Lieu-of- <br />Taxes (PILT). Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST UNIT 59 SHADY BROOK/ACRES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell explained that they received an e-mail from <br />Accolade (property manager-Shady Brook/Acres); regarding a tenant in <br />Unit #59 who requested to use their unit for storage while they are <br />away from December - March. The tenant indicated that they had done <br />this in the past for $40.00 a month instead of the full rent, and <br />that it was something the Bartons had agreed to previously. He <br />stated that Accolade contacted the Bartons and they indicated they <br />had no knowledge of this Agreement. The Board agreed that they would
