BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND <br />EQUIPMENT NO. 423 — 2002 SAKAI ROLER SW800, SERIAL NUMBER VSW19- <br />10152 TO PAPE MACHINERY, INC. <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution No. 2015-135 declared Equipment Rental and <br />Revolving Fund Equipment No. 423 - 2002 Sakai SW800 Roller, Serial <br />Number VSW19-10152 surplus to our needs; and <br />WHEREAS: The equipment did not receive the listed minimum bid of Forty Thousand <br />Dollars ($40,000.00) during the public call for bids through Publicsurplus.com; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The County has received a bid in the amount of Thirty -Two Thousand Dollars <br />($32,000.00) from Pape Machinery, Inc. for E. R. & R.
