Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />CLOSED RECORD HEARING BIG CREEK TRAILS (RZ-15-00001) CDS <br /> <br />Doc Hansen, Planning Official, reviewed a Staff Report and indicated he <br />had made the changes to the language previously directed by the Board at <br />the prior Agenda Session. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell said there were several typos throughout the <br />documents and he would get with Staff to review those prior to the next <br />Agenda. Commissioner Jewell moved to direct Staff to prepare enabling <br />documents for the Board’s consideration to be on the December 6, 2016 <br />Agenda Session, under the Consent Agenda. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. The Board thanked the Applicant and Staff for their patience <br />during the process.
