BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - 5b <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE WESTSIDE ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Westside Road <br />Safety Improvements Project contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on October 17, 2016, in the Kittitas County <br />Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, <br />Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Three (3) bids were received for the prescribed work.
