The Business Incubator is an initiative of the City of Ellensburg who contracts for Economic Development Services with the Ellensburg Business Development Authority (EBDA). The EBDA works closely and contracts with the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce to provide administration of a business microloan program, site selection, business retention, expansion and recruitment services, along with educational and business assistance programs. These services are provided countywide by the Chamber and the relationship leverages funding and programming efforts. 12
