The Board asked questions and for <br />clarification from Staff. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to continue the Closed Record Hearing to <br />November 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. and direct Staff to prepare enabling <br />documents with updated language as proposed by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
