He provided revised <br />language for their consideration relating to conditions for <br />environmental Open Space and water and noted the conditions had been <br />reviewed with the applicant. Marsha Weyand, Assessor and Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor provided information relating to the creation of <br />separate parcels, noting that the rezone and plats would eventually <br />accompany the Final PUD and it would be first presented to the Community <br />Development Services Department followed by the Board of County <br />Commissioners for their consideration, along with a Development
