<br />10/18/2016 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING ALARM SYSTEMS SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance to Add Chapter <br />9.70 Alarm Systems to the Kittitas County Code, to be held on Tuesday <br />November 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-133 LAW & JUSTICE COUNCIL RECOMMENDATIONS SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-133, Awarding Funding for Grants Pursuant to <br />the Law & Justice Council Recommendations on Spending 1/10th of 1% Sales <br />Tax Reserves, in the total amount of $25,692.00. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WASHINGTON TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve an Interagency Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office and the Washington Traffic Safety Commission, in the amount of <br />$10,217.00 to provide overtime funding in support of Target Zero <br />priorities, beginning October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-134 2017 DISTRESSED SALES & USE TAX PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-134, for the 2017 Distressed County Sales & <br />Use Tax Infrastructure Improvement Program Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, in the amount of <br />$72,000.00. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-135 DISTRESSED SALES & USE TAX PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-135, Awarding Distressed County Sales & Use <br />Tax Funds to Ellensburg Business Development Authority, in the amount of <br />$63,685.00 for Emergency Roof Repairs, as recommended by the Conference <br />of Governments. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-136 SCHNEBLY ROAD PROJECT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-136, for County Road Project #272-16, in the <br />total amount of $32,330.00 to upgrade Schnebly Road from a gravel <br />surface to a bituminous surface from MP 2.46 to MP 2.98. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess for a 15 minute break
