ESA <br />TASK ORDER NO. 02 — Teanaway Road Hydraulics Improvements Proiects <br />This Task Order authorizes the services listed herein to be performed by Environmental Science <br />Associates (ESA), in accordance with the Master Consultant Agreement (the Agreement) between ESA <br />and Kittitas County (the County). These services shall be provided in support of the Teanaway Road <br />Hydraulics Improvements Projects (the Project). <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The scope of services for this Task Order is detailed in Attachment 1. <br />III. COMPENSATION <br />The cost estimate for the Scope of Services authorized by this task order is presented in Attachment "2." <br />The services authorized herein shall be paid for on the basis and terms included in the Agreement. Total <br />compensation for the services authorized by this Task Order shall not exceed the amount of $54,476.58. <br />IV. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER WORK ORDERS <br />This Task Order is issued under the basic Agreement. Subsequent Task Orders to accomplish other <br />projects and/or the remaining phases may be authorized by the County at the appropriate time. <br />V. SCHEDULE <br />The authorized work shall begin immediately upon execution of the Task Order by both parties. <br />VI.
