Cook <br />June 13, 20'16 <br />Supplement ESA Contract <br />Approve a Resolution to Authorize <br />to <br />the Director to sign a Supplement <br />ESA's Professional Service <br />Agreement for Environmental <br />Support — Teanaway Hydraulic <br />Improvements <br />RECOMMENDATION: Supplementorize the Dirctor to gn a to ESA's <br />Approve a Resolution oAuth reement for Enviro' nmentalSupport — Teanaway <br />Professional Service g <br />Hydraulic Improvements. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Recently, The Board of County Commissioners authorized ESA Task Order No. <br />2 ($254,476.58) providing environmental services supporting the Federal <br />Highway Administration Federal Land Access Program grant replacing three <br />culverts and one bridge along Teanaway in construction funding. nt provides 00 in <br />preliminary engineering services and $1,928,239.00 <br />DISCUSSION: <br />ESA has prepared an APE (Area of Potential Effect) letter supporting <br />archeological investigations associated with the project. During review of the <br />letter, the Director identified additional probable contractor storage areas likely to <br />be used during construction. Upper County Road Foreman Chuck Reed and the <br />Director visited additional sites on June 3, 2016. The information was riot <br />transmitted to ESA on June 6, 2016.
