BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - (n] <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners recently accepted a Federal <br />Highway Administration Federal Lands Access Program grant; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has issued a Task Order contract with ESA for environmental <br />permit services supporting the Teanaway Hydraulic Improvements project; and <br />WHEREAS: ESA's initial site visit identifying probable material storage areas likely to be used <br />during construction by the project contractor, and <br />WHEREAS: The Area of Potential Effect letter submitted for state and federal review should <br />include all identified potential material storage sites to avoid unnecessary delays <br />during construction; and <br />WHEREAS: ESA is proposing to conduct supplemental site evaluation not to exceed <br />$4,000.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Director's signature on supplementing Task <br />Order No. 02 for environmental permit services in the amount not to exceed $4,000.00. <br />DATED this 13th qqy,@f,June, 2016, at Ellensburg, <br />1%( COMM/����''. <br />VO ss'0 <br />Attest: n. <br />0 Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />2 Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />r p � <br />Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, W, SHINGTON <br />Obie O'Brie hairman <br />Paul Jewell, Vice- airman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
