SECTION 4 FUNDING/LEVERAGE (For CTP, OFA, and/or Community) <br />FEMA is providing funding, in the amount of (Insert amount of funding provided by FEMA) through a <br />Cooperative Agreement to Kittitas County Public Works for the completion of this Flood Risk Project. <br />Kittitas County Public Works shall provide any additional resources required to complete the assigned <br />activities for this Flood Risk Project as outlined in Table 4.1 Contribution and Leverage. During the <br />discovery process, additional needs may be identified. Activities associated with any additional needs <br />would be performed based on availability of additional funds. The leverage listed below includes in-kind <br />services and blue book values for obtained existing information from the CTP or communities associated <br />with the project (i.e., base map data, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, etc.). These values must also be <br />reported in the MIP by the CTP during the appropriate task. The current Blue Book (3.0) is dated January <br />2011 and can be downloaded from FEMA's Information Resource Library at <br />http://www.fema.gov/library/viewRecord.do?id=2473. <br />Budget Revisions: <br />The CTP shall follow prior approval requirements for budget revisions found in 2 CFR Part <br />200. Transfer of funds between total direct cost categories in the approved budget shall receive the prior <br />approval of FEMA when such cumulative transfers among those direct cost categories exceed ten percent <br />of the total budget. If a CTP estimates that it will have funds remaining after the end of the performance <br />period, the CTP must report this to the FEMA Regional Office at the earliest possible time and request <br />disposition instructions. <br /><n the table below, provide the amount of FEMA Contribution and Partner (or community) Contribution <br />for each Project Task included in this MAS.
