The Mapping <br />Activities may be terminated at the option of FEMA or the CTP in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Partnership Agreement dated {Insert Partnership Agreement Date}. If these mapping activities are <br />terminated, all products produced to date must be submitted and updated into the MIP (if applicable) and <br />the remaining funds, provided by FEMA for this MAS, from uncompleted activities will be returned to <br />FEMA. <br />Extensions: <br />Requests for time extensions must be supported by adequate justification submitted to the Regional <br />Office a minimum sixty (60) days before the end of the approved Period of Performance. This <br />justification is a written explanation of the reason or reasons for the delay; the amount of additional time <br />requested, an outline of remaining funds available to support the extended Period of Performance; and a <br />description of performance measures necessary to complete the activity. Without justification, extensions <br />requests will not be processed.
