b. SCOPE. <br />a. This agreement contemplates that the District will: <br />i. Execute a contract with the low responsive and responsible bidder to <br />construct the Ellensburg Water Company at Coleman Creek project <br />between November 2015 and March 2016. <br />ii. Provide daily construction observers and regular inspections by the <br />project engineers (Anderson Perry) to ensure construction activities are <br />meeting the plans and specifications and abiding by the permit <br />requirements. <br />iii. Provide daily reports to all parties and conduct weekly construction <br />progress meetings. <br />iv. Consult with the County prior to entering into any change orders that <br />result in a net increase to construction contract and for which the <br />District requires County funding. <br />v. Invoice the County as needed for County Engineer approved <br />construction change order funding during construction of the project. <br />b. This agreement contemplates that the County will <br />i_ The County will participate as needed in the weekly construction <br />progress meetings. <br />ii. Assist the District with timely review of any proposed change orders <br />that increase the construction contract cost. <br />iii.
