WSDOT Local Programs recently approved our request to re -task project <br />funding. We are working now securing a Categorical Exemption for both <br />projects. Once in hand, we can advertise Westside Road and avoid a twenty <br />percent project match requirement. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Sargent Engineers has exceeded the original authorized amount re -designing <br />safety improvements to Westside Road. The amount of the requested <br />supplement is: $28,483.00. Staff proposes designing guardrail improvements to <br />Huntzinger Road in-house for 2017 construction.
