❑ Mail notice of date, time, and place of the tinal assessment roll hearing along with <br />information on an owners right to objectthe proposed assessment. The notice must be <br />mailed to all property owners within the RID at least fifteen days before date fixed for <br />hearing. The notice shall state that all objections must be in writing and must be filed <br />with the clerk of the board at or prior to the hearing. This notice will also include the <br />proposed individual parce' assessment along with the parcel number identfier and Iega! <br />description. (RCW 36.88.090) <br />❑ Publish notice of hearing at [east two times in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />county with the first publication at least fifteen days before the hearing date, <br />(RCW 36.88.090) <br />❑ Siting as a board of equalization, the board conducts assessment roll hearing, considers <br />written objections, and either overrules the protest or modifies assessment based upon <br />the protest information.
