Smith, Jacobs Environmental Practice Lead <br />Subject Small Works Project Amendment — Kittitas County Floodplain Planning Support <br />Mark: <br />Thank you for the opportunity to support Kittitas County with Floodplain Planning and Partnership <br />efforts. This amended proposal supplements our existing LAG contract by $25,000.00. This <br />supplement provides additional support on an as -needed basis up to an agreed upon not -to -exceed <br />sum of $50,645.36 for the contract in total. <br />Work completed under this amended proposal will be associated with multiple actions to support <br />floodplain planning efforts and a partnership with W800T currently undertaken by Kititas County. <br />Primarily, the supplemental funds in this amendment will go -to a new task which will assist with the <br />review of permit applications. Activities under this amendment may include, but are not limited to: <br />project management, continued agreemerit coordination and preparation of an interagency MOA, <br />permit application reviews, andfor other specific coordination tasks requested by Kittitas County. <br />This amended proposal and subsequent contract is anticipated to remain active until December 31, <br />2016 unless the not -to -exceed sum of $50,648.36 is reached or extended by Kittitas County. <br />Additional activities can be Initiated by Kittitas County should additional support beyond the <br />aforementioned parameters be requested.
