Dept. of Public Works <br />Page 2 <br />OTHER BUSINESS: Mark reported to the BOCC that Brian Gordon is retiring as <br />of January 28, 2016. <br />Next item is a follow up on the Manastash Road Bridge <br />Rating. Letter is prepared to send out to the homeowners <br />in the area. The State of Washington creates a process <br />where you can adopt a load limit by Resolution and <br />advertise for one week it does provide a gross <br />misdemeanor for anyone who violates the load rating. We <br />are also required to stipulate the time the load limit will be <br />in place. Bridge Inspections have been completed for <br />2015 and there are some structures that require some <br />repairs. Mark will prepare a list and specify the needs for <br />each bridge and submit to WSDOT to request they handle <br />the repairs necessary. <br />Board Direction: Prepare Resolution for Manastash Road Bridge Load <br />Rating. <br />Mark R.
