Jessica Karraker questioned the Commissioners about a lawsuit regarding a public disclosure and why they chose not to accept a settlement agreement, rather than taking it to Court. Terri Lundberg representing the Good Governance Coalition, said the Master Plan was a generation old and believed the County Commissioners will hear the citizens voices against purchasing Shady Acres property.
