Seating Project Update: Discussion was held on meeting with the <br />Rodeo Board last week including debt services funds. Further <br />discussion was held on the Finance meeting scheduled for <br />Thursday with Judy Pless to go over spending on all projects to <br />include the settlement and look at where we are at in budget. <br />Barn Project Update: Patti informed the Board that bids would be <br />in on Monday and currently there are three groups looking at the <br />project. <br />Other: Patti informed the Board she was looking at attending <br />Waste Con in August and stated she had the money in her budget. <br />Discussion was held on the location of Indianapolis. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz recommended adding compost to cover the <br />exposed plastic in the Courtyard, and a rotation on washing <br />windows. Discussion was held on soundproofing the BOCC <br />conference room. <br />Discussion was held on the Cle Elum Ranger District garbage <br />concern contacting them and looking at creative solutions. <br />Further discussion including opening on Sundays not being an <br />option due to the Conditional Use Permit. Opening Mondays would <br />require re -negotiating Waste Management's Contract, create <br />staffing issues and that it's not cost effective for the volume <br />generated.
