<br />06/07/2016 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE FOR PEOPLE PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department and People for People, Operating the Greater Columbia <br />2-1-1, Information and Referral Center, to provide information provided <br />through the 211 System FROM June 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ELMVIEW – AMENDMENT #1 PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve Amendment #1 to a Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Elmview to provide Coordinated and Comprehensive <br />Local Program of Services for Persons with Disabilities in the total <br />amount of $574,676.00 from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WALTER STROM MIDDLE SCHOOL PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department and Walter Strom Middle School (Cle Elum Roslyn School <br />District) for a Community Point of Distribution for the distribution of <br />medical countermeasure materials during an emergency, disaster, or <br />matters of general concern to the public, from June 1, 2016 through <br />December 31, 2019. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT COMMUNITY NETWORK COALITION PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the Kittitas County Community Network & Coalition, <br />to provide Youth for Truth program services in the total amount of <br />$2,700.00 from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT COMMUNITY NETWORK COALITION PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />the Kittitas County Community Network & Coalition, in the amount of <br />$2,000.00 to provide Marijuana Prevention and Education Program from May <br />10, 2016 through June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-071 COUNTY ENGINEER PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-071, <br />Designating Gregory Lucas Huck as the County Road Engineer. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
