5/02/2016 MINUTES 3 <br />Commissioner Osiadacz. He explained that members felt they were <br />being left out and he has tried to explain what the meeting is for <br />and what they are trying to accomplish vs. what they are assuming is <br />going to happen. He stated that it is mostly to comply with the <br />“Open Public Meetings Act” so he can give Commissioner Osiadacz an <br />overview and background of the Committee. <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien provided a proposal for the pool car issues. He <br />stated that cars could be assigned to the departments that use them <br />and then they would become fully responsible for the vehicle. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz questioned if the County had considered <br />liquidating the pool cars down and then purchasing just a few good <br />quality vehicles that could be used for out of town trips. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Obie O’Brien, Chairman
