WSDOT and the LOCAL AGENCY desbe to have the periodic mek <br />performed union a Master Agreement, using individual Task Assignments to better <br />identify the work, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, purmwt to RCW 47.28.140, the above recitals that are <br />incorporated herein as if fully set forth below, and in consideration of the terms, <br />madibmi% and provisions contained herein, or Exhibits as attwhed hereto and by this <br />r fixence made a part of this Master Agrameni, <br />IT IS HEREBY AGRM AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. GENERAL AND SCOPE OR WOR <br />1.1 Thin Master Agimment identifies the tam and conditions under which WSDOT <br />shall pm ftnn bridge inspection and maintenance work for the LOCAL AGENCY on <br />bridges awned by or under its ,jurisdiction and responsibility, using esceuted Task <br />Assignmem as the means for detailing the scope of worst and estimated dollar amount <br />for accomplishing the desired work. A sample "Task Assignment and Estimate" form is <br />attached herd as Exhibit A. <br />1.2 WSDOT droll only be responsible for performing the work requested by the <br />LOCAL AGENCY after daternaiining that WSDOT has the nm'=ary labor, equipment, <br />and materials curwntly available to complete the hick within the time frame required by <br />the LOCAL AGENCY and only after both Pares fiWy execute the Task Assignment. <br />
