BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON WASHINGTON STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION "CERTIFICATION ACCEPTANCE <br />QUALIFICATION AGREEMENT" <br />WHEREAS: Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is authorized to <br />allowed qualified local agencies the ability to manage federally funded <br />transportation improvement projects; and <br />WHEREAS: Local agencies are required to notice WSDOT of any changes to responsible <br />positions administering qualification agreement duties; and <br />WHEREAS.
