4. COMPENSATION <br />No compensation as part ofthis agreement. <br />5. RnTORAT oN <br />Licensee agrees to restore the property, at its own costs, to the same condition it wan in prior to <br />the Licensee's occupancy, less wear and tear, to the extent reasonably practical at termination of <br />this agreement. <br />6.
