CTTY OF ELLENSBURG LAND USE LICENSE AGREEMENT 1. This LICENSE AGREEMENT, by and between: owner's name(s): Mailing address: City, State, zip code: Telephone no.: City of Ellensburg 501 N. Anderton Street Ellensburg, WA 98926 (509) 962-7204 hereinafter called the Licensor, and Kittitas County, by and through Kittitas County Public Works, hmemafter called the Licensee, acting under delegation of authority fi+om the Department of General Administration. The Licensor hereby grants a revocable license as follows: 2. PURPOSE The Licensee agrees to use the licensed property for purposes of establishing an access turnaround for placement of road bedding and gravel surfacing to allow for a safe turnaround in the event of temporary mad closure of Ringer Loop Road (South End). 3. PROPERTY The Licensor grants to the Licensee a license for the use of the following described property: The area located as shown on attached Exhibit, and more particularly described below. Located at: East of the Southernmost intersection of Ringer Loop Road and Canyon Road, lying South of Ringer Loop Road City or Town: Ellensburg, Kittitas County, Washington 3. TERM This Agreement shall commence on the date last signed below ("Commencement Date") and shall be for a period of five (5) years (herei udler referred to as the "Initial Term") with one (1) additional automatic renewal period of five (5) years ("Renewal Term"). The Renewal Term shall commence automatically without fiuther action on the part of the Licensor or Licensee unless Licensee terminates this Agreement at the expiration of the Initial Term by giving Licensor not less than ninety (90) days' written notice of its intention to terminate this Agreement at the end of the Initial Term.
