04/16/2019 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At 10:32 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes per RCW 42.30.140(4)(a)to consider <br />Collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, including <br />contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to <br />the interpretation or application of a labor agreement; or reviewing the <br />proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No <br />action was anticipated. There was no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:42 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
