CORRESPONDENCE - NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS LETTER FRIENDS IN SERVICE TO HUMANITY COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board signature on <br />a Letter to Senator Judy Warnick, urging support to Kittitas County’s <br />FISH (Friends In Service to Humanity) and the pending appropriation for <br />FISH before the Senate Ways and Means Committee. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> LETTER COWLITZ COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board signature on <br />a Letter to the Cowlitz County Board of Commissioners, expressing their <br />condolences regarding Deputy DeRosier’s passing in the line of duty. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:22 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer, per RCW 42.30.140(4)(a)to consider Collective <br />bargaining sessions with employee organizations, including contract <br />negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the <br />interpretation or application of a labor agreement; or reviewing the <br />proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No <br />action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:32 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken.
