<br />20. CATERING / MEALS / SUPPLIES SEE ADDENDUM �.�.
<br />A professional caterer must provide all meals unless an on-site meal is not possible. If that is the case, the
<br />PRODUCER'S representative during the advance must approve arrangements for the meal. Caterer shall provide
<br />personnel to cook, replenish, serve and clean up at every meal. Type and time of meals is to be determined by the
<br />PRODUCER'S representative during advance. Meal schedule will be determined upon show and load -in times also
<br />set by the PRODUCER'S representative during advance. Please contact the PRODUCER'S representative at least
<br />fourteen (14) days in advance of performance date. Provisions should be made for local stagehands, sound and
<br />light personnel to eat at the same meal. PURCHASER shall schedule other staff after the ARTIST'S staff.
<br />Ecologically responsible tableware is acceptable for breakfast and lunch. However, china and silverware are
<br />expected for dinner.

<br />THE NUMBER'S LISTED BELOW FOR THE MEALS ARE REPRESENTING THE ARTIST
<br />PERSONEL ONLY. IF THERE ARE OTHER ACTS STAGE HANDS LOCAL CREW ETC. THAT
<br />NEED TO EAT, YOU MUST ADD THEM TO OUR NUMBERS.
<br />a. BREAKFAST: (To be served only if load -in time is scheduled by the PRODUCER'S representative during the
<br />advance prior to 10:00 am) Meal is to be served 45 minutes prior to scheduled load -in time. A HOT meal, for
<br />eighteen (IS) people, consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, cold cereal, milk, coffee, toast,
<br />assortment of juices, assortment of yogurt, fresh pastries, bottled water, and soft drinks. Please also have a
<br />toaster and blender available at this time.
<br />b. LUNCH: At a time determined by the PRODUCER'S representative during advance a HOT lunch for eighteen
<br />(1 S) people to last for two (2) hours. The menu to be determined during advance with the PRODUCER'S
<br />representative. Please make suggestions at this time as to local favorites that are available. Also hot soup with
<br />crackers, assorted soft drinks, fruit juices, milk (chocolate and white), bottled water, as well as needed flatware,
<br />plates, and condiments shall also be provided.
<br />c. DINNER: At a time determined by the PRODUCER'S representative during die advance a HOT meal for
<br />eighteen (I S) people to last for two (2) hours. Menu to be determined during advance with the PRODUCER'S
<br />representative. Please make suggestions at this time as to local favorites available. Please keep in mind that the
<br />meal should be baked, sauteed, or stir -fried and not deep-fried or have excess fat. This meal should consist of
<br />at least two (2) meat or seafood entrees, three (3) fresh steamed vegetables (not canned or frozen type), breads,
<br />Salads (Romaine Lettuce please) dessert and assorted beverages including but not limited to milk (chocolate and
<br />white), soft drinks, coffee, and bottled water.
