05/07/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />He indicated the proposed amendments would allow flexibility for <br />fireworks discharged based on fire danger; provide notice to <br />adjacent landowners of firework discharge; allow the Fire Marshal to <br />prohibit fireworks during an established burn ban; and provide <br />specific criteria for modifications from the IWUIC. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH moved to approve the proposed amendments to <br />Kittitas County Code Title 9 and Title 20. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ <br />seconded.
