Support services during construction, including worksite isolation support, fish salvage <br />and removal, planting or site stabilization guidance up to 40 hours. This task is not <br />subject to Assumption Ia. <br />TASK 5.90 — Permit Update <br />Submit updated permits to reflect revised bridge span. Update permits to allow single <br />creek crossing for equipment to install temporary bridge and detour roadway. <br />Assumptions: <br />Coordination with FHWA or WSDOT Local Programs will not be required. <br />• The Biological Assessment that will be prepared will be "Likely to Adversely Affect" for <br />Bull Trout and Steelhead, and will require formal consultation with both USFWS and <br />NMF S. <br />• The US Army Corps of Engineers will issue a CWA Section 404 NWP 14. No individual <br />permit will be required. <br />• Section 106 will be determined as "May Affect", and will require SHPO concurrence <br />• The Department of Ecology will issue a Letter of Verification for CWA Section 402. No <br />individual permit will be required. <br />• No wetlands will be impacted by the project. This Scope does not include wetland <br />delineations or reporting. <br />• No NPDES Permit will be required. <br />• SEPA will be exempt. <br />• if the level of effort and cost for permit or approval acquisition is higher than the budget <br />amount, Jacobs will coordinate with KPFF and the County to determine amendments as <br />needed. <br />• No mitigation planning is included in this scope of work. <br />TASK 6 CIVIL/ROADWAY ENGINEERING <br />KPFF will provide civil engineering support for the replacement of Big Boulder Creek Bridge. <br />Civil design criteria will be Kittitas County Code Chapter 12- Roads and Bridge Standards and <br />as supplemented by the WSDOT Design Manual or AASHTO's Policy on Geometric Design of <br />Highway and Streets. <br />TASK 6.1— Civil Project Management <br />
