DES 'to )aYMAS COUNTY KZTTZTAB CO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TASK 4.80 — Hydraulic Design Report WSE will prepare a hydraulic design report to summarize and document the results of the investigation. It will include the recommended NBIS Scour Code rating for the new structure, a code that the County will need for their records. Assumptions: a A draft of the report will be provided to the County and KPFF for review. Upon receipt of comments, WSE will refine the report and submit a final version as a PDF. TASK 4.90 — Meetings and Administration An allowance is provided for WSE personnel to attend one meeting at KPFF's Seattle office to discuss the design and one meeting in Ellensburg to meet with the County. Assumptions: • WSE will develop concept sketches of the countermeasures which will be provided to KPFF. KPFF will prepare detailed plans to be incorporated into the project plan set. • WSE will recommend specifications for the countermeasures. • WSE has included a modest cost for this task in the accompanying cost estimate. This estimate will be revisited and may need to be revised once the type and scale of countermeasures required are identified. • At this time it is assumed that scour and erosion protection countermeasures are not necessary and have not been included in the fee TASK 4.100 — Feasibility Review Perform a high level review to determine if a 60 foot bridge span is feasible to eliminate need for cast -in-place abutments. Evaluate design for using temporary detour bridge for 1 year rather than originally anticipated 3 month duration. TASK 5 ENVIRONMENTAL/PERMITTING The Jacobs team will deliver Environmental Documentation and Permitting in coordination with KPFF and Kittitas County staff. TASK 5.10 — Project Management 1.
