Project Management tasks include: <br />1.1 Project Team Management and Coordination <br />1.2 Monthly Progress Reports/Invoices (Assume 8) <br />1.3 Monthly Project Progress Meetings/Minutes (Assume 8 meetings, held via <br />teleconference) <br />1.4 Coordination with WDFW (Assume 8 hours) <br />1.5 Management Reserve - allocation of the reserve funds for additional out of scope <br />tasks based on written approval of the County <br />1.6 Project team coordination for addendum & design change <br />TASK 2 STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING <br />KPFF shall perform the structural engineering analysis and design of the Big Boulder Creek <br />Bridge substructure. KPFF shall perform appropriate analysis and design calculations in <br />accordance with the most current edition (at the time of NTP) of the WSDOT Bridge Design <br />Manual (BDM) and the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, and the Local Agency <br />Guidelines. Considering the location and use of the bridge, alternative criteria, such as Forest <br />Service guidelines, may be considered to reduce construction costs. <br />TASK 2.1— Project Kickoff Meeting and Site Visit <br />A project kickoff meeting will be held at the existing bridge site. <br />TASK 2.2 — Alternative Analysis Memo <br />Brief memo to summarize site constraints, design criteria and preferred bridge structure <br />TASK 2.3 — Development of PS&E/Contract Bid Documents <br />TASK 2.31— Plan and Calculation Preparation <br />• Project Cover Sheet <br />• General Notes and Quantities <br />• Bridge Layout - plan and elevation <br />• Structural notes <br />• Foundation Plan — Layout <br />• Foundation Design and Details <br />• Wingwall Layout/Details <br />
