FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />The budget for maintenance will handle the additional cost of $2400 for 2019 and for <br />future years the cost previously paid to Cayenta for the same functionality will cover the <br />cost for the fleet management system. <br />Within the study, affordable software with the functionality needed was identified. In <br />addition to affordable software, the GPS integration will use existing GPS modules <br />already installed in the equipment.
