Community presentations should include a sign in sheet, agenda and talking points which identify the messages delivered. ❑ Informational outreach is now scored based on location or the number of buildings the information is found in. Take a photo of any community or FEMA publications and identify the address of the building where the public can access the information. Flood Response Preparation (FRP) credits are awarded for developing a pre -flood plan for public information projects that will be implemented during and after a flood. FRP projects and procedures are prepared, reviewed and updated each year. If no flood occurs, credit is still awarded, providing an annual review is conducted. ❑ To receive this credit, provide master copies of pre -scripted messages that include evacuation routes, shelter locations and other messages identified on page 330-9.
